The awards feature is intended to reward people who do well at my games. It's a little extra incentive to play a game all the way through, or to aim for a high score. You don't get any special privileges or status from have lots of awards, apart from a nice looking profile. However I am aware some people only want the awards and don't care how they got them.

When I uploaded the original build of GH Plot, I accidentally left in two bugs that stopped people from being able to see the ending or to claim the award. This frustrated a lot of the people who played it early on - and I'm real sorry to thse who were affected by it.

But there was one person who managed to claim the award before I knew there was a problem. This was completely impossible to do without cheating.

That member will not be staying, and neither will their collection of awards. For all I know, they got every single one of them in the same way.

Everyone else, take note. If you cheat, you're taking a risk. Using a walkthrough to beat a game is ok (though I prefer people not to), but ripping apart the source of my games just to get one more little icon in yuor profile is not how the awards feature was intended to work.

eh I would be happy to tell you one person whos asked for an award code and called me a bi-HEY LOOK A DUCK wait what was I saying oh yeah because I didn't give them the award code.

if you want to kill my account and delete my awards, i guess thats fine. some of them were hard to get, but like you said in your main-post, they're incentives and such. i just wanna be allowed to keep playing, i really love the games here and on some other sites.

I believe you, but all i know is what i remember when I played it a few days ago. I don't know what else I can do to show you, I can play it again and show you the screenshot, but I didn't make a screenshot when I originally played. And i saw the comments on some bug also, i just thought the bug they were mentioning was fixed when i was playing it. I don't know what else to tell you, i played the game and saw the screen.

The bug made it impossible to claim the award fairly. Using right click / play would not have allowed you to claim the award even if you'd happened to exit the room with 1000 keys before that part of the problem was fixed. I even added the bug back in to a local version on my PC just to make absolutely sure of it.

PS: if i'm not the one you are accusing of cheating, then let me know, because i don't know if there was somebody before me or not and already got deleted. i just see my name at the top and assumed it was me you were referring to. if its someone else, ignore my previous posts. lol

also, for the other awards, if you check the dates i got them and if you can see the amount of times i visit this site playing games (i don't always login), you'll see that i have no life other than playing point-click games. (and of course, some awards i had to have help via other players, like the wwe and penguin ones)

not to be annoying with my comments, but i just want to say that i didn't cheat, i did take the time to get 1000 keys (i didn't get 1002 like others did, i don't know why) and i did exit and get a black screen i got the "The End?" message. (i think that is where i had to right-click, forward to continue, maybe before.) i replayed it and got 1001 keys and finished and it played automatically. i wish i could prove it, but i don't know how else to prove it.

also, i have used the "Claim Award" feature a few times to recheck a code that i previously got for some people on here that were having difficulty with a code's spelling and/or what it exactly said (Super Super Go Go Fighter quiz i think was the main one) as well as at times when i replayed a game and wasn't sure if i claimed it yet or not. if thats against rules, i'm sorry about that as well.

sadly, i do use tab, and i'm glad some of the games use methods to block or throw-a-spongebob to prevent tabbing because i seem to have gotten used to that method.

i do come here often and love the games, i throw myself upon the moderators/administrators for me getting to the last screen despite the game bug. i do enjoy the games (even if there are 1002 keys to click) and sometimes i have others help me with a game that i'm too slow to react to, but i would like to stay.
