If you read the papper on the floor and note the detached text, you'll note a hint. So, now, it's time to refresh. Press F5 (in Internet Explorer) and wait until game loads again. When you enter it again, you'll notice that the pool is now empty (just like said in the papper).

The poster will change into a Batman poster, with a key in the end off his rigth wing. 17: Click on the bottom left corner of this poster to see a button and click the button. Now you are able to open the panel in the left wall (bellow the white box with key counter) and get another key.

Click it and close the papper. Now, remove to left the front of the flower container thing. Drag left the yellow button and see that a panel is moving on the poster. Click it and a new key will appear right side of the flower container thing, bellow the poster.
