The poster will change into a Batman poster, with a key in the end off his rigth wing. 17: Click on the bottom left corner of this poster to see a button and click the button. Now you are able to open the panel in the left wall (bellow the white box with key counter) and get another key.
15: The floorboard that you first dragged to left (item 6), now drag it to rigth. You'll see a white papper. Open it and drag the tittle "The Blah" unti you see a red button. Click it and close the papper. Now, remove to left the front of the flower container thing. Drag left the yellow button and see that a panel is moving on the poster. Click it and a new key will appear right side of the flower container thing, bellow the poster.
13: Drag the pool panel to the rigth and find a note. If you read and do the math, you'll find out that you have to push ONLY the 5th button (from left to rigth). If you press any other you lost all keys. When you press it, the wall will show you a poster. There's a key above the "N". 14: Also, there's a new key in the top rigth corner of the game screen.
